Together, we'll explore your family's needs, sensory considerations, accessibility requirements, and travel preferences so your next trip feels easier, smoother, and far less stressful. We will discuss personalised tips and recommendations.
In addition to your FREE 30 minutes introductory session, we will email you a short form to gather details about your trip, your requirements, and any accessibility or sensory considerations, ahead of your consultation. This helps us prepare thoughtfully and ensure our time together is focused, relevant, and supportive.
If there are any gaps or uncertainties in your planning, we can explore these together during the consultation and discuss next steps in a way that feels manageable and tailored to you.
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while also protecting the time and preparation involved in our work.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
